Being a pushy Israeli used to dealing with other pushy Israelis I was therefore expecting a painful few weeks ahead of me. I interviewed two other real estate agents before Frank. They were typical salesmen who I felt wanted a quick sale and had little interest in spending time and effort with a young woman new to the city and to the country who really didn't know what she wanted.

In my preliminary "interviews" Frank was the only one who talked to me extensively over the phone as opposed to the other two who just asked what price and what area I wanted and said they'd get back to me. Frank used the internet and email before each meeting which proved indispensable. It allowed me to take my time and not feel under pressure.

When we did meet up (almost daily for over two weeks - bless his heart!) we used the time efficiently and even had a laugh at the same time. It was all very stress free. Was Frank patient? Very patient! He bent over backwards to help and advise me. I felt that he was "on my side" and trusted that he was working for my ultimate satisfaction how ever long that would take.

We have remained friends and now live in a super house in a fantastic neighborhood which I feel wouldn't have been achieved without Frank's help. We would not hesitate to use Frank again and strongly recommend him to others. We plan to move states next year and wish we could take Frank with us!
